The ranges are real, not set so that the top of the range always wins: a simple site genuinely costs what the lower bound says. Timelines are estimates from past work, not a promise to the day. They depend on how quickly you send me the copy and photos, and how many projects are in the queue. You get a concrete figure and date in writing within 48 hours of our call. I invoice in stages, so you do not pay everything up front.

I build websites, dashboards and automations on commission. I am a final-year student at a technical high school specialising in cloud technologies, but most of what I know came from outside the classroom: running my own Proxmox server, wiring a smart home on Home Assistant and shipping projects for people who needed something working yesterday.
