Who processes your data
The data controller is Bartosz Kuzioła, contact: kontakt@drqwerciak.pl, phone +48 669 382 557. For anything concerning your data, write to the same address you would use for a project enquiry.
What I collect and why
Contact form: your name or company name, e-mail address and the message itself. I need them to reply and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted me first.
Client area: name, e-mail address, access code, messages and any rating you leave. Used to run the project and stay in touch during it.
Chat on the site: whatever you type into it. You do not need to enter personal data there, and it is better not to.
Technical data: IP address recorded on failed panel logins and on the chat rate limit, plus a daily page-view count and the page path. The view counter uses no cookies and builds no profile.
Artificial intelligence in message handling
The site uses the Google Gemini language model in three places: the chat on the home page, the automatic reply sent when a message arrives while I am away from the computer, and translation of blog posts into English.
This means the content of your message (and, for the automatic reply, the name and subject you provided) is sent to Google in order to generate a response. If you would rather that did not happen, e-mail kontakt@drqwerciak.pl directly instead of using the form.
The AI features are currently enabled.
How long I keep it
Messages and enquiries: until the conversation or project ends, and afterwards for as long as they may be needed for settlement or to defend against claims. Otherwise I delete them once they are no longer needed.
IP addresses from the failed-login counter: up to one hour after the last attempt.
View statistics: 90 days, as daily numbers only, not linked to any person.
Who the data is shared with
The hosting company running the server, and Google (the Gemini service) to the extent described above. I do not sell data and I do not pass it on for marketing.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only: your light or dark theme choice, your language choice, a session cookie when you sign in to the client area, and a preview cookie for the under-construction mode. All of them are necessary for the site to work and you can remove them in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. Just write to kontakt@drqwerciak.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
