The departure board refreshes every thirty seconds and shows real delays along with platform and track; next to it sit direct links for buying a ticket or ordering a taxi, and an AI assistant answers questions about getting around, food and local attractions in both Polish and English. There is also a neighbourhood guide and an ad slot, because the service is meant to pay for itself.
